  23. Known Bugs/limitations:
  24.     - The RAS interfaces dynamically loaded by the server when
  25.       dial-on-demand is enabled are very unstable on Windows 95/98.
  26.       Alternative dedicated dial-on-demand utilities (see www.tucows.com)
  27.       are recommended.  The dial-on-demand is also very unstable when
  28.       used by the mail fetcher/router daemons.
  29.     - WinCGI [Form File] not supported (multipart/form-data)

  31. Upgrading from 4.1 or 4.2:
  32.     - 100% compatible.
  33.     - New config.ini entries and System Administration interfaces
  34.     - New [cron] section in schedule.ini
  35.     - New [servlet-aliases] in mappings.ini

  37. Upgrading from 4.03:
  38.     - The config.ini and security.ini files have been extended from
  39.       the 4.03 release.  You cannot use your 4.03 configuration files.
  40.       Specifically, the aliases and certain search entries were moved
  41.       to new files (mappings.ini and search.ini). 
  42.     - Search index configuration have been moved to the search.ini file.
  43.     - You must re-index to take advantage of the new "page" search
  44.       format.
  45.     - The passwd file is 100% compatible. 
  46.     - Any images placed in the /images directory should be moved
  47.       to /docs/images.  The /images directory at the root level of
  48.       the Sambar Server has been renamed /sysimage.
  49.     - Scripting language 100% compatible.
  50.     - sa_cmd_init() now includes SA_RPCPARAM argument.
  51.       All other Server APIs are compatible.
